If you cannot see the video produced by the IP Network camera on the camera's homepage then you will need to check the following security settings.
In an open Internet Explorer Web Browser you will need to go into the "Tools" menu found at the top. Now click on "Internet Options". Next select the "Security" tab and with "Internet" selected click on "Custom Level". This will bring up a window listing the security settings for your web browser when browsing the internet. You will need to ensure that that following are set to "Prompt":
Download Signed ActiveX Controls
Download Unsigned ActiveX Controls
Run ActiveX Controls and Plug-ins
Once these three options are set to "Prompt" you will need to click on "OK".
Now repeat the process and for "Local Intranet. This is found in the same window as when you selected "Internet".
